Yes. For any course that requires payment, at the end of the registration when payment information is requested, there is an option to pay via a Purchase Order. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email provided by the student. It is asked that the student promptly provides that invoice to the appropriate individual at their department for payment. Purchase orders must be issued by the time of the course.

Registering on the website prior to attending a course allows for accurate information needed to update student transcripts for their EMT recertification. Additionally, it allows the instructor to have an accurate head count of the number of students which allows them to better prepare as well as have enough material to provide to the class.
Most are but some are not which will be clearly stated on the registration for each course. Per the New Jersey Office of Emergency Medical Services (NJOEMS), the classroom portion of EMT courses is worth 1 CEU per hour and any sort of practical exercise is worth 0.5 CEUs per hour. Additionally, any CEU course requires passing a written exam at the end to receive credit. We do our best to ensure that students will receive CEUs for any EMS related course that they attend but there are some courses that are better suited for time without CEUs. We additionally ensure that all students receive a certificate with the NJOEMS class approval number listed on it and record of their completion of the course is promptly reflected on their NJOEMS transcript.

Yes. Anyone who successfully completes a training course will receive a certificate and if it is an EMT course, their NJOEMS transcript will also reflect this.

Yes. We encourage anyone to attend our EMS courses as we feel that anyone working in the EMS industry can benefit from the material.
It depends on the specific course and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the sensitive law enforcement subject matters of some courses, only sworn law enforcement officers may be authorized to attend.
Per the New Jersey Office of Emergency Medical Services (NJOEMS), instructors must retain a copy of each card for every elective CEU class for minimum of seven years. Failure to do so does not allow us to award CEUs for completion of training.
If a particular agency is looking for a program that is not already offered, let us know and if possible, we can build a course for you or even customize it for your agency with enough amount of notice and time. We always enjoy creating new training programs since they will be beneficial to that agency and likely others.

Here at EMP Training LLC we pride ourselves at having some of the most up to date and high-quality courses available and your feedback allows this to continue. Based on student feedback we make actual changes to ensure that our instructors and the material meet or exceed expectations. Each program that we offer takes hundreds of hours to build and we ask for just a few moments of each student’s time at the end of each course for feedback to help maintain our high standards and improve if needed.

While we encourage users to create an account to keep track of personal information for future registrations, it is not necessary and registrations for courses can be completed without creating an account. However, all online training courses will require an account to be made.  Having an account does not save your EMT/CPR card uploads, due to changing information for registrations.

Due to the sensitive nature of the material discussed during a number of our online law enforcement courses, prior to giving access, we want to ensure that the user is infact an active member of law enforcement in order to keep this law enforcement sensitive information from going to people who will improperly use it, potentially compromising officer safety as well as investigative techniques.
